The Appraisal Assistant app allows you to schedule and monitor property progress in real time through our Photography Assistants. So you can effectively manage your time and documentation.
Create a request in the app, including the address, builder name, add your eta, then add any additional requests in the note section. We take it from there.
A nearby Photographer accepts your request,
They go to the address and take pictures of the street, all four exterior corners, all bedrooms, all baths and all interior living spaces.
They mark it completed in the app and email the photos directly to you.
